Care, the way it should have been all along.
Aviara was started by people who had been on every side of caregiving , adult children juggling parents and jobs, professional aides putting in 50-hour weeks, and clinicians who saw how broken the paperwork had become.
We believe care is the most important work there is. So we built an agency where caregivers are paid well, families are treated as partners, and no one has to figure out Medicaid alone.
